“The people behind the counter are not friendly and clearly don't like there job. If your selling weed, which may I remind you hasn't happened since the 20s, you need to be able to converse about your product!! Also quite expensive for sub par bud. Unfortunately the only place I can find in tacoma. ”
Thank you for your 5 star review! We here at Rainier strive to be the best in the industry with great customer service, knowledgeable staff members, and lots of diverse product to offer at affordable prices. We look forward to seeing you again soon!
“The cashier was a POS! When a customer ask what sativas you have you don't reply with, "it's all on the menu bro" Also love going to a play where you witnesse the co workers not getting along. I rarely take the time to right reviews to me it's best to go in and decided for yourself, But def won't give my money when you get treated like shit!”
“When I walked into this store, it had a creepy feel to it. It was like walking into a 1920's speakeasy. I didn't feel comfortable at all in that place. Everyone was friendly but the way the operation is setup makes it feel like you're making an illegal purchase anyway. I felt more like a criminal than a customer just because of the ambiance, not the employees.
I got 2 grams of green crack and it was on-par in quality/strength with green crack I had from anywhere else. The disappointing part of it costing $20 a gram is hard to shake. I'll be back though if/when my regular source is unavailable. $12 to $15 a gram for that would have been better a better deal. Green crack is one of the cheaper strains too.”
“Love this place. The staff are always friendly. Recently, they've had a great selection, with bud from many different growers and in many differently sized packages. The few times where I've been able to compare prices between recreational stores for the same product, Rainier has been lower each time. Last time I was in, you could get a gram or many grams. They don't limit your purchase to just one package either. So it's easy to buy a little indica and a little sativa at the same visit. Also parking has been fine too. They don't have lots of spaces but every time I've visited (mid-day) there's only been a few customers. So it's usually a quick, easy visit. Their website even lets you pre-order so that you don't make a wasted trip and end up arriving after something has sold out. I haven't tried that yet but it's definitely a great idea. They are just very customer centric. I look at their menu here almost daily and look forward to seeing what new strains and products they get in.”
We really appreciate you taking the time to give us a review - especially such an awesome 5 star one! We just found out from Liquor Control Board we can't do any pre-ordering, so that will be changing. But if you see something on our menu and are nervous about it running out, give us a call and we will be happy to hold anything for you. Thank you for taking the time to give us a review!
“I really enjoy the staff here at Rainier on Pine. I've had pleasant interactions with everyone, and they've all been knowledgeable and helpful. The menu here has really expanded as of late which keeps bringing me back, especially since there are now items under 20$ on it occasionally. (woot pre-rolls).
Hopefully recreational prices can continue to drop, but regardless I'll keep coming back to Rainier on Pine.”
