Since covid and the long lines I did what you all recommended and place my orders online. In doing so, I rely on the advice of those taking the orders. My last purchase (1/12/21) which I didn't ask to see (my bad) was terrible. It looked like they dumped the trash bowl in to my order. This kind of crap shouldn't be aloud to be sold to patients. Someone taking orders and giving advice they're not trained to give is wrong. This is just turning into a hassle that isn't worth the trouble.

I stopped in here on a trip to Prescott just to check out their pricing. They beat the dispensary in my town and the staff I dealt with were awesome. I returned today to make my normal purchase of around $200 and assumed, incorrectly, I'd be dealing with the same great service. But when I asked for the THC counts the girl seeing to me copped a bit of an attitude. She referred me to their menu, but their menu does not display the THC content. Having to ask on a few varieties, she kept telling me the strains so much that even I started to think that's what I was asking. It got to the point I had to ask if I was bothering her because she was clearly annoyed. She then said I was being rude for mentioning that she was being anything less than totally helpful. I asked for an eighth of the last weed I asked about and when I asked if she was going to get it she said I never told her how much. So she answered two questions I didn't ask, never answered the ones I did and I guess the first words in a sentence are the ones she pays the least attention to, because twice she never heard them. Sorry, we all didn't get a trophy for nothing when I was growing up. I am one of those jerks who actually expects you to do your job and be agreeable, if not nice. I was even still going to tip but she handed me back the $20 bill instead of breaking it, like all good tipped employees know to do. So she got $2. I thought about correcting her but had stopped talking because all she did was get defensive and accusatory towards me and like I said, at one point even I thought I was asking about strains,,,
But here's the thing, either I am lying about wanting to know the THC count or I'm not. But that was the one thing I couldn't get her to give me and she seemed oblivious to that being what I wanted all along despite being told twice.
I’ve been coming to this location for a Number of years, it’s taken me as a Medical Patient some time to figure out what works for my deep pain ! In that time I’ve grown to love the CBD Pucks! I’ve been calling for the past 3 weeks now to only find out we’re no longer concerned about our patients because we’re going to recreational, how neat is that start a Medical business that now is about the Money ! I get it it’s a business but the first reason you got into this business was to help patient’s! This is truly crap! Brandy thank you for going the extra mile for me that’s why I come in and give you Pizza as a tip at times you Men and Woman care to bad Ownership has went the way of the Buck !
I purchased an oil/rosin extractor from Nirvana, in Prescott Valley. $100.00 price. I asked if i could return it , if it doesnt do/work as it was intended. The budtender "Jean" asked mgt and told me that if returned within 30days, return would be honored. I purchased 12-12-20 and tried to return it 12-28-20, after wasting almost 14grms of flower, and was told they will not honor the return and that i was misinformed. I got a brush off and told to contact the manufacturer for a refund.
Until now, i only had issues with this particular budtender as she is lazy, unprofessional and rude. This was easy to deal with, since i could just ask for another budtender if i chose. Now, I see that this dispensary is out for only money and not the welfare or quality of service of the "patient".
The deals are okay and better than others in the tri-city area. Will think twice before going back, as i have never been so "pissed-off" at any service i had received from anywhere else. Since I spend 200-300 each visit, I may need to go to another dispensary outside of my area to get the quality of service and respect any patient should receive. I am 58yrs old.
