“I recently got my medical card and was in search of a nearby dispensary. Yerba seemed like the best choice. I wanted a good CBD strain and their Sour Cat sounded amazing for my needs. All the great reviews Yerba has earned also caught my attention.
I gave them a call for a special order because I am in zone 3. The guy who took my order was very friendly (I didn't catch his name) and he correctly repeated my order back to me. I was told that my order had to be scheduled for the next day since I was in zone 3, which I was fine with.
Come tomorrow, I did not receive my order. I called them about an hour after the scheduled delivery time and asked them about it. The lady I spoke to (I believe her name was Jessie) informed me that there was no such order in their system. I can only guess that through some sort of miscommunication, my order was not confirmed. She took my order and I was not told to expect a next-day delivery like before; she told me my order would get to me in about an hour. Again, very friendly, pleasant to talk to.
This time I got a text notification that told me my order was on the way, and a link in which I could track the driver. Instead of in an hour, he got here within 40 minutes. They're quick! Robert is also a very friendly guy.
I was given 2 free prerolls for the inconvenience, but it all didn't bother me too much. I realize mistakes happen and I'm pretty certain that my lost order was some sort of fluke. That in addition to it being the weekend, I'm sure they were super busy.
Still, a warning to others who order over the phone: if you don't get the text notification within 10-15 minutes of placing your order, your order may not have gone through. I'd recommend calling back to confirm it.
My overall impression of Yerba: They are amazing. Friendly, professional and pleasant customer service. One mistake did not discourage me from this dispensary at all. Their products are the real deal; very high quality medicine. Since I am in zone 3, I made a big order that will last me for quite a while. Once I start to run low, I will definitely be ordering from Yerba again.
