“went to this place my very first dispensary, they wouldnt let me hold the jar and told me it was a state law that restricted this....went to another dispensary that let me inspect the medicine to make sure it was right for my ailment...confused I called yavapai and told them I was informed that we couldnt hold the jars because of a state law...what was the bud tenders response? completely combative and rude. I am suprised that someone would be so abrasive to somebody with a serious condition. I meditiate every day and believe that how you treat people is exactly how you will be treated..I swear on my dead grandparents I never raised my voice at this woman I was raised with more respect.....when I gave her advice on how I think they should let people inspect the medicine she told me not to raise my voice at her and hung up.....completely amazed and dumbfounded I immediately called back to speak with a manager and explain the horrible customer service I recieved....she answered the phone again...I asked to speak with a general manager and she asked who this was...I told her I didnt feel comfrotable saying my name because I dont want to be treated with a bias because she knows my name, she then told me that managers dont take calls without knowing whos on the phone....hung up again.....I called a third time in which I got in contact with the manager...he professionally explained that the patients cant hold the bud because what you see is what you get and yavapai doesnt pre package.....I thanked him for his professional explaination and hung up.....for sure wont be donating to yavapai anymore....made me out to be a terrible person....One love one life”
“Talk about changing a patients mind, wow I am impressed! From flowers to concentrate the meds are on point, the daily deals are great, the bud tenders know thier stuff. A bit crowded in the waiting room sometimes, but everybody is friendly so it's not bad. Parking sucks when it's busy, expect it and adapt. Live Resin was a good call, thanks guys!”
