I'm looking at a 1/4 oz. of I.B. Impressive medium to small tight buds with an abundance of orange hairs encircling the flower.
I took a smallish bud and smoked it in my 43 year old pipe, (that's another story which I will share if anyone is interested), and my first impression is the smoothness of the exhale. As I work through the bowl, the tender treatment on the mouth throat and lungs continues.
I listening to Tom Petty's, "Breakdown", so I'm following his advice and," Breakdown, Come On Give It To Me. It's Alright!" After approx. 5/6 hits a fine feeling is enveloping me.
Not overpowering, as I feel like writing this critique'. Very nice and easy buzz that is remarkably cerebral for an Indicia. My bad back is now relaxed as I sit here. Nice Work I.B.!
I took a small handful of buds and smashed them in my fist to get an accurate nose test of this batch, and it is fresh, as I know the grower, and he uses me as his "Grand Sommelier", (wine guru with much experience), for his grows. It smells faintly medicinal; a cross between sage and eucalyptus oil, but by no means unpleasant. On the contrary, I'd like a massage with oil made from Incredible Bulk, if for no other reason than to smell good.
The feeling is really nice and the cat just jumped up on the desk, and he said all is cool with this herb too. I'm giving it a 4 star review, because of the smooth nature of the smoke, and mellow feeling after a small bowl.
What is missing to get a higher grade? A more distinct smell and flavor.
