Our milk chocolate is a fluid, smooth "dark" milk chocolate with wonderful caramel, nut and earthy flavors. Its notable flavor is the result of increased cacao content, among the highest of any milk chocolate on the market. Our milk chocolate does not contain any other butter than cacao butter and is gluten free. We only infuse our chocolates with the finest CO2 oil and never use BHO.
