So my husband and your medical patient., stops after work to pick up some vape carts and flower (1/8th of Truffles) only. The manager Champaign, delivered the goods to him. He went home which is 45 minutes away to find that he only had a gram of the Truffles. Called KKind spoke to Angel Richards and was told to drive back tonight and they will fix it. So we go all the way back and a man took it from him and said, "We will get this a squared away." My husband, "Thankyou." After 5 minutes or so Champaign came out and asked my husband, "Was I the one who dealt with you earlier?" My husband, "Yes." Champaign stated, "Well I am the manager of this place and I try not to make mistakes like that. I went and filled it anyway and I am gonna review the camera's tonight." My husband, "Okay???" Now mind you when you read that try to imagine that said with attitude and rudeness. So my husband and I started to talk and we both felt as if she was implicating that he was making it up or that he was stealing. My husband has been coming to KKind since it has first opened it's doors in Kalamazoo. He has always enjoyed the service that the staff has given. But to be accused for forty dollars 1/8th REALLY? I hope she reviewed the tapes closley or maybe you should. Maybe she is ripping you off. Not your customer! Wasted time, money and gas all to be mistreated by your manager.
