I was one of igh first customers when they first opened for medical patients years ago. Despite the insane mark up and tax included this was the dispensary to goto. The bud qaulity was amazing because they grow there own products. And service was amazing. But years later and the only thing they have is amazing service. The pricing is astronomically high [60 an 8th before taxes and around 80 after taxes] and the qaulity is trash. I recently went in for a qaurter for GOLDEN STRAWBERRIES. FIRST OFF the new pouches are garbage. For someone who has arthritis it is almost impossible for me to open it. And SECOND these pouches dry out the flower days after opening. I opened both bags [I had to purchase 2 8ths to make a qaurter, another issue of theres] and BOTH where so dried out it was like sand. There where no complete buds in both bags and the flower smelled like is came from a mid grade qaulity plant. I believe IGH needs to step back and perhaps here what there long time customers have to say. With so many dispensaries opening in MA in 21.. the prices will only go down. Cost of an 8th anywhere else is averaging at 45. And you can get a 1/4 for 120 after taxes. I would love to shop there again and recommend them as well.. but with these issues it too hard for me to give a good recommendation at this time
