This is my favorite place in Flagstaff. Chris helped me today and he was friendly and knowledgeable . The waiting are is large and inviting. Definitely worth trying if you have never been.

Disappointed! Unfortunately I've witnessed rude behavior toward patients by the staff and the management just wants to make excuses. There are some truly great and compationate people working here, but the holier than thou attitude of some ruin it. Plus their product has gone down hill and pricing is high. Customer service training is a must for the facility.
