I bought this as new.... it was in a box and it had the plastic seal all around it, but when I opened it ... I could see there was a bunch of it missing and it looked like someone had put a stick inside it and swirled it around. I will never buy this again with out the retailer opening up the package so that I can see it first. To $$$ for this to have happened. I just put the product on so I can not say how well it works.
