I am so incredibly grateful for this experience. I had ever only used a delivery service in my small town so I had no idea what to expect. My husband and I were on a mini vacation in L.A. and after the first day I could hardly walk. My arthritis was flaring worst than ever. I had my vape but it just was not cutting the pain. I decided to look up near by dispensaries and after reading at least 15 reviews and accolades; the decision was clear. Buds & Roses was the one. From the valet and the receptionist​ to the security guy and budtender, the customer service and education was unreal. From the moment you walk in and the second you leave every single person in there was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Not to mention the decor is amazing! My absolute favorite part was working with Sam. Not only was he patient but he was genuine. He suffers from arthritis as well and really knew his medicine. I felt like I learned more in 30 minutes with Sam than I have my whole cannabis life. Thanks Sam!!! Although I live 4 hours away, I'll be back!
