Nature's Medicines - Happy Valley (Med/Rec)

have been shopping at Nature's medicine since it was Desert Rose a very long time now. I have had trouble with them the last couple times I have visited them, I go in on Saturdays an early bird specials and I get cartridges wax all the good stuff. Then I get home in the cartridge stops working a day and a half of having it. Eye contact Nature's medicines customer service as they asked me to and I had to jump through hoops for them just to be able to find out what they can do for me they wanted me to post pictures they wanted me to take video they wanted me to do all this stuff and email it to them and they would come back to me with an answer of what to do. So tonight on Tuesday April 5th 2022 I called to get a delivery I go through all the Hoops to get my order and I get my subtotal which was $70 after delivery fee wish I was okay with because my 25% discount was supposed to be added in later when the person from the delivery department calls me the people from the delivery side call me and tell me that they don't have anything showing that I have a discount. Well that's a bunch of bull because I had talked to two different people earlier today and both of them confirmed that I had a discount and that I would be getting it applied to my total at the end of the process. Then I get a call from the delivery department giving me my step total which is against $70 and I asked about my discount and they told me again for a second time that is not been posted for a second time this is not with the guy told me when I ordered my delivery the first time or the second time so why they are having such a hard time getting my delivery I don't know but this is crap I won't be going back they are the worst dispensary have the worst customer service I've ever seen in my life. I don't know if anybody else has had bad problems like this but this is the worst dispensary I've ever been to and I'm never going back have a great day people and I hope you'll find a dispensary is better than this place.
