I went to Sunnyside in Rockford yesterday. First time visiting this location, last time visiting this location. Arrived at the dispensary, walked in, I did not place an online order so I was told to go to my car, place the order and come back inside in 20 minutes. No where on your website does it say orders must be place online. I haven’t been going to the Naperville location weekly, for months, I’ve never ordered online. I buy what I want when I arrive. Also, what’s up with your loyalty program. This has been in the works for months, when do we start cashing in out points?!?! Sunnyside, wake up and get in the game!! Zen Leaf blows you out if the water, with service, ease of purchase, product selection, giveaways, sales, pricing and their loyalty program. You’re not the only dispensary in the game. Based on my experience yesterday along with what was going on inside, all the upset customers, disorganized mess, you won’t be around too long.
