It’s always felt like a friendly place but in recent months the quality of bud has declined. On my last trip I had my first experience with a bad bud tender. The dude seemed to lack any shred of self-awareness and would not talk any louder than a mumble, which made him impossible to understand through his mask. I felt like I had to rush because this guy was gonna get sick of me saying “WHAT?!” For the longest time there were the same faces and everyone had at least acceptable customer service skills, but it looks like more training would be useful nowadays.
