GMAG Battery Red

The GMAG is a good device when it works, which is seldom. I have two. The first one worked well for a few weeks of very light use. Before finishing a half gram cart it stopped holding a charge. When plugged in the red light blinks 20 times then goes off. What does this mean? Who knows. No info available anywhere. User manual is a joke. So like a fool I bought another. The new one is broken right out of the box. Same blinking light with no charge even after trying different cables and lower sources. The magnetic adapter is sweet and eliminates the problem of unscrewing a sticky cart from a battery, but the total unreliability of the tech makes this one a loser.
