Very dissatisfied with the attitude shown me when I was sold a very poor quality product. I purchased a cheaper brand, "daily special", so I didn't expect premium, but when I opened it the product was extremely dried out to the point of being garbage. This is the type of thing one would expect from a low-grade dealer trying to rip people off When I called to ask about the situation, the person on the phone basically said "yeah that stuff is terrible". So I asked why they didn't at least provide some warning to their customers about the product, he basically talked over me and didn't care at all. "Can't do anything about it" I said I was very dissatisfied, and he basically said, "Are you done?" in a very rude manner I will not shop there again and will ensure to tell everyone in my network about this lousy experience
