Ordered online and went to pick up. Didn’t realize until I got home that the items I ordered didn’t match the photo or description on the website. AND I was overcharged! I ordered a distillate cartridge, but discovered I was given a CO2 cartridge. Same product at Revolutionary Clinics is priced differently because of different quality of products. (Distillate ($65/cartridge) is more pure and tastes good vs CO2 oil ($50/cartridge) which IMO tastes disgusting.) I called to explain and was told not to worry and just bring it back. But when I showed up the next morning and tried to exchange unopened product - they refused. Claimed the “manager on the phone” directed staff to refuse exchange. Asked to speak with Manager, but she never returned my call for explanation. Really disappointed since this was my first purchase at this store. It’s left a bitter taste in my mouth. Literally!!
