Placed my order at 830 this evening, an hour and a half before last call, order was confirmed by phone due to “fcc issues” (sketchy) - representative let me know at the time of confirmation that if I send my rec in, he could adjust the order before it gets here as requested - low and behold, 10:06pm hits and I get an “order cancelled” text. When I called in to inquire, I was told that because of my “lack of efforts” to send in my recommendation which wasn’t required, that they had decided to cancel my order without notice?!? The clearly stoned gentleman taking the order clearly did not want to take accountability for the mistake and told me next time to be more proactive and to try again tomorrow....ARE YOU KIDDING, be more careful with YOUR words, losers....
