I ask for CBD OIL with dropper! At home opening box found a bottle with syringe. Called store explained and had a very rude and being lied to experience! Ask for manager and was told "i am the manager and all our oils come like this." * Not so* i said * i been bying various times at this store and received what i ask for! She tried rude in her way being condensating in voice to basic!y call me an idiot! So, i requested manager to speak to, and she said: "i am the manager and i don't like the tone of your voice. You are rude! " upon i stated this is the voice of an 78gyrs. old women and i am unable changing it and ask for her na.e! Total had to fight it out of her as she was i sisting not giving it. My persistance made eventual provide me with it! Her name is:JULIA!!! RUDE as can be and needs training in customer service. I am a me.ber with CoOp for years and as such part owner. I do not want any staff emp!oyed with CoOp having a rude attitude towards customers and don't want an emp!oyee lie to customers. This manager gets a -A review! Her name is JULIA. JULIA WITH A BAD ATTITUDE.
