This dispensary has gone way down hill. The budtenders are glorified sales people and do not care about medical patients. I made a purchase which wasn't what I wanted because the budtender did not tell me everything about what I was buying. Should I have looked at the box, yes, but I have used this dispensaries for years and trusted them and never had a problem. Budtenders usually tell me if the medicine is natural. This cartridge not only had artificial flavors, but had non-marijuana derived terpenes added. This is okay for someone who wants to just get high and not for medical. He had my medical card in his hand. He knew I was medical. When I called and told them they refused to take it back or exchange it for me. It only had the bottom cap and not the top cap on the cartridge and it could have been used as the cartridge was not full as usually. I am so disappointed in dispensaries in this area. They all seem like they are becoming so shady it's pathetic. Please be careful while in the Albany/Corvallis area buying your medicine. Buyer beware in Linn/Benton County.
