Outstanding customer service, location, and flower quality. I haven't been disappointed by a single strain. The budtenders are highly knowledgeable about their grow and strains. The only criticism is that they rotate their strains a lot, so if you find one you REALLY like, it probably won't be available next time. But that's just a good excuse to try their new strains. After trying several dispensaries in Boulder, I signed up with 14er and have been extremely pleased.
