Submitted an order at 7:50am at 3 pm it still said the order was being confirmed so I called and was told that they never received the order. The man on the phone was very helpful and kind he took the long order over the phone. When I arrived to pick up my order at 5:30pm I was told they didn't have one for me and it was probably for the other location, I drove the 5 miles and was told it wasn't there either so I drove back and told them they must be mistaken. They were able to call someone and found about half of my order put together. They were nice once they realized they were in the wrong. Very helpful and apologetic. It was my first time at that dispensary.
