From what I could see the quality and atmosphere was fine... I had called ahead been assured that all i needed to do to order was to email a copy of my Arizona card to them, as Arizona does not issue physical cards. Went in, money in hand and was informed they don't accept emailed cards. I said fine and headed out and the used car salesman started. She did everything she could to talk me into staying in town longer. My aches and pains did not afford me the niceness to continue. I made my way out the door. Do not ship here, they only care about selling to you, not about your health and we'll being. If I could give negative stars in service, I would. -5 stars for service. Just don't do it.

I have been a patient here for years, and I have always been impressed. However, the last two times, has been something of a chore. I won't make the mistake of trying a third time. However, I have placed a delivery order, both times early afternoon, and both times I've never received it. The first time I put in my order at 1:00 pm and finally called them back, for the third time, at 9:30 pm. I was informed their delivery driver could run it out to me first thing in the morning. When I advised it would be a long drive for them to meet me on the road near Buckeye because I was traveling the next day, they advised me that I could pick it up on my way out, but couldn't provide anyone to be at the store at 4:00 am, when I left. I finally decided to race down there at 9:30 pm to get my medication. Then the second time was just yesterday. I put in an order for delivery at 1:50 pm. This time, I refused to call or check up on it, as I didn't feel the need to try and help them do their job. Now it is 11:04 am, the next day, and I'm still waiting on my delivery. My wife got upset and called to check status, to which they said they never got it. I give up. Twice in a row, with terrible service, terrible customer relations and I still don't have my medications. I will be shopping elsewhere from this moment forward, and it's a steep hill they'd have to climb to get me back. Not even a call either time. If I wanted to buy street meds, I'd call the weed man, I thought you were running a business. Good bye, and good luck.

I called I'm an order, was advised they didn't have what their website said they did, and advised me their leafly was updated constantly. Upon using this information to place an online order I was called back to inform me the items I ordered they don't have and when asked for comfortable, I got told an item costing more than twice as much for less medicine. I was quite disappointed and canceled my whole order. I'll be using another dispensary for the foreseeable future.

Thad and Ashley were great! Energetic and knowledgeable, they took care of every question I had. Great selection and prices. Definitely going to return!
