I suffer with chronic pain, depression, anxiety, pcos and insomnia. Some days I just want to hid in a cold dark place and dissapeare till I found canna-tsu. Canna tsu has been a gift from nature. My stress levels are down, I am productive and I am able to sleep well at night. I am actually being more open to social situations. I am finding joy in the little things of life. I've made steps to improve my home. I have the energy to do a wee bit here... just doing small stuff day to day. I am happy with the slow progress I've been making since starting canna tsu. I hope that as I continue on this path my I will get better and achieve more in my future.
