Rise is the best in the area, by far. Quality and great prices, my go to. But the best part is the friendly, very knowledgeable staff. Many pharms give advice when they really don't understand the product. At Rise, they know what they're doing, from my 50 years of experience. Avery the manager is just who you want to talk to when trying to decide about which product will be best for you and he takes all the time you need, a great manager. Cat also knows her stuff and is always a pleasure to deal with. Having sampled several dozen pharms across the state, Rise is by far the best.

First, they have the best quality cannabis in the state, rivaling CO and CA, as their grow is superior to anything in the state, they are like a ultra high quality, small batch bourbon shop in TN. Quality has always ruled in MA and when the word spreads that Sanctuary has pot like the good stuff of days of old, there will be a " gold rush." The difference between pot that's ok and the really good stuff is worth traveling for. And everything else there was perfect - the people were wonderful, nice to see some known, experienced friendly faces, the advice I got on strains was the best I have ever received, usually it' s just to sell and not accurate but not here, I tried 6 and every one was as good as the last, now called " top shelf", I have only found it rarely at 10 other dispensaries all across the state, but never so consistantly. My only suggestion, as their unique packaging ( they have many of their own unique products and innovations not found elsewhere) keeps it perfect until opening, they might want to sell either airtight stash jars or Boveda packs ( I tried it, no degradation in flavor or strength) as it dries quickly and not all know how to deal with that, a shame to waste. The wonderful people at Sanctuary should be really proud for getting it so together for the patients and citizens of MA. A big thank you!

I wish I had read the other poor reviews before trying to deal with these folks. I am a delivery patient, 30 minutes up the highway and 15 minutes off from their number in Fitchburg, though in the country a straight shot up the main road through a small town. If you live in the country or are off the highway, don't t call these people - I was given confirmation I in their delivery area yesterday, placed an order today but received a call telling me I was NOT in their area and they wouldn't t deliver here, would not discuss it, very stern. I spend upwards of 5 figures yearly on meds - if these folks are doing so well, with 5 other servers competing for my business, that they can turn down a legitimate customer in their area because they don't t yet know what they are doing, they can find themselves with not enough customers down the line to just stay in business, it's already happening to poorly run services as this one. Best avoid this kind of stress, who needs this?

I have to take issue with those posting that NETA is sub par in any way. I have been there since day 2 and knowledgeable, as I have been using these products for 50 years. At the beginning, some of the previous poster's issues may have been valid but for the past several months the quality has improved that I am shopping there again - their flowers are good, some potent, their variety of useful strains ever increasing, they have finally arrived at having good product that we know the names of. Their shatter is clear, clean and the best in the state. I use it and I'm particular. The staff and management are THE BEST - it is no joke that they try their best for us very day, degrees of knowledge notwithstanding. And remember, for us that need, want, are in a hurry, in pain, sometimes with little patience because of it all - they have what we need and want and sometimes it's hard to please everyone at the same time, product is limited and patients are many, so they sometimes put limits on how much you can buy. But it's not for them it's for us, they deserve our support! They are the best in the state and getting better. Staff and management really care, believe it. Good place, good people.

Again, after many visits, they are THE BEST. Medical patients don't have energy for anything but the best professionalism, especially if there is a problem. Never has been with these folks but they are professional, in a real business, no more of people screwing around...: they offer great deals with amazing product and try to make things as easy as possible, as the best people in business do, samples (1/8th packs) and I feel they would always make things right - if you couldn't use a strain, things like that. It's important to know you are dealing with professional, good people. Patients in pain certainly don't need anything related to this causing anxiety (like in the old days) and working with these folks, what will you get is complete satisfaction with the transaction. Finally! It's nice.

2 hours from order to delivery, the very best of everything, Dan was the best, I will never go to another pharmacy. This worked out just like they advertise, absolutely perfect! Try them, you will not be worry!!!
