They gave me 72 hours to pick up my order, but once there, after 10 minutes waiting outside, a teenager, calling me “brother”, announced to me that, unfortunately they do not have my order in stock and that my confirmation email “doesn’t mean anything”. No sorry, no recompense for my time, nothing. Thanks to the CEO, Trevor Fencott! A lack of professionalism and a lack of elementary respect to the customers. I certainly would not go back at “Fire&Flower”. I do not recommend this place!
