Sadly it seems the longtime staff has left. My once enjoyed trips to the store are now rushed and not personal. I’m sad to see all the changes. The only thing that has not changed is the lack of product.

I recently received my medical marijuana card. A friend informed me of the benefits. The first time I tried to use my medical card I came to this store. At every dispensary Iv gone to a few ID checks is normal. I showed both my cards (DL and medical card) 3 times. Two different people looked at both my cards 3 times, I made my purchase and went home. My friend came over to see how it went. I made a massive mistake by not doing my research. I completely understand my mistake. I assumed any dispensary accepted medical. I showed my medical card three times and nobody told me they did not honor it. I find this to be very unethical? They have absolutely no knowledge or will not refuse a sale. Even if they told me I would have made a purchase? I just found this to be a very sleazy move. I understand now and use my card at fine fettle- they are the only medical dispensary. I feel Island time took complete advantage of me. I also called the store and asked for the manager just to inform them of my experience. After calling 3 days in a row- the “manager” was never around- nor called back. Once again I understand how I messed up. I just feel I could have been told.

I have been going to Fine Fettle since they opened. I never thought id be a regular as I grow my own. Between the staffs knowledge and trying all the products I have upped my game on the new generation of cannabis. The product is getting better and better. Its a nice atmosphere and the staff is always eager to help.
