Great chat with cashier 54014 ( busy day I forgot his name ). He was down to earth and knowledgeable. He listened and offered his recommendations. Customer service is is most important when it comes to where I shop.

This was my go to spot until I get I had to exchange a horrible quality eighth I purchased. After a few emails and pictures I was told to bring my $50 eighth in with a receipt. I exchanged the eighth for another eighth that was valued at the same price. These people had the nerve to not only deny me an even exchange but to sit there and argue with me over $2. Yes, they overcharged me $2 and had the audacity to give me attitude after I wasted my time money and gas over this disgusting bud. I hope it was worth it as I will be bringing my money elsewhere. Customer service is everything to me. Clearly the manager on duty today as well as the check in desk clerk need attitude adjustments and need to learn how to listen to what a customer is saying. If you don’t know how to talk to customers go work I’m a sweatshop. Goodbye sunny

I was a faithful N.E girl, but after a few negative experiences and their price change, I have decided to explore other options. I am so glad I did This dispensary will not disappoint you. Everyone I have interacted with was super friendly. Every purchase was soooo fresh. The longest wait I’ve had was maybe 60 seconds. This is the 3rd dispensary I have been to and by far my favorite. I doubt I will be going elsewhere.
