I just graduated from a lower dose tincture to the 2000mg for sleep and I've noticed a difference in just 5 days time. The taste is ver palatable for a high dose oil.

I was using this for myself and after contacting New Highs realized it was able to be used on my pet with arthritis as well. The multiple uses for this tincture make it one of the best.

The ylang-ylang is very nice for right before getting to sleep.
