they do not know their products & if you break that sealed bag & see it isn't a cartridge it's a pod.
you got to take classes beforehand in order to not waste a lot your money/budget.
nice but when you ask twice if it works with this pen or this one & he says yes well you expect the person behind the counter to know the right answer.
