Sold me a defective product (expensive too), didn’t apologize when I called to complain, gave me an email address and told me to contact it so I could have an exchange or refund and I reached out twice and never heard back (shrug). I don’t go there anymore because of that. Gave 3 stars instead of 1 cause they had decent stuff when I used to go.
