terrible system (go to one store, give both IDs, get a receipt but do not pay; go to other store across the street, give both IDs and receipt, pay).
Additionally they have an online ordering process that does not guarantee you the items you order or let you know they're out of stock. I have waited multiple times for them to just locate my order in their system, and had multiple instances of then not being able to buy what I ordered because its out of stock even though the website shows it as in stock.
actual dispensary is incredibly cramped, but that hardly matters compared to the rest of the issues.
plenty of better places to patronize (MOCA, Columbia Care, NuEra, etc)
