I thought the staff was very friendly BUT, I am very disappointed with the level of education the staff selling clones! I bought 4 clones from them and asked for very indica dominant or 100% indica strains. they assured me that they knew what they were selling and sold me strains that were not indica heavy. in fact they were 60/40 and 50/50 claiming indica heavy. I should have just embarrassed them right there by doing the research in front of them and other customers and called them out. if you don't know what you're talking about then say so there's no shame in it. educate yourself and your staff on products you're selling. great price for clones but wasted time. THANX
