Ordered delivery. Before completing my order, I was asked to verify that I had a proper, accepted ID via their partner. Great! I photographed my ID using the link they sent me, everything was great, I put in my order and waited two hours for the driver to come at the appointed window. The driver showed up thirty minutes early (fine) and then told me that they couldn't accept my ID. They couldn't use my ID that I had PREVIOUSLY VERIFIED using THEIR SOFTWARE, when nowhere on the site except their "why did my order get cancelled" FAQ even mentions that you need an in-state ID, and even there it says a passport or government ID is fine, when my driver and the customer service rep said that a passport would NOT be accepted. So, uh, I guess they'd be fine if you have a CA driver's license. If you're here from out of state, don't even try it.
