Was normally a weekly about 3 -4 times per week customer, today I called let the lady know I’d be there by 7:47 pm she let me know I wouldn’t be let in but hours say until 8PM . I told her I knew what I wanted and I would be in and out . She said that was ok as long as I was in before 7:45. I then let her know they should probably change their time on their website to 7:45 she got extremely snarky and rude . I’ve been in previously about 7:50 ish but this lady just had awful customer service and you could tell she wanted to go home. You guys normally have great customer service but this lady was just awful . I definitely won’t be making my trips anymore .

This place used to be my go to now there lower tear stuff is awful . They used to have b buds on there own product that would be 50 an ounce then it went to 70 and then 90 they possibly might even be 120 now . These guys were great but now it’s really gone down hill
