I placed an order for a 7th of popcorn butter stuff. I went inside to pick up my order and noticed the price was different. The sales associate told me it was because of a deal on the flower I chose. I reiterated the cost by showing them my online email receipt to ensure. The associate and a higher-up agreed it was because of the deal, and none of them paid attention to detail. I even pointed out, “ oh, I thought my order was changed for maybe a 3.5g instead of the 7g,” and the sales associate said no, that was not the case. I get home to find only a 3.5 and the wrong flower company. If there's a difference between online ordering and in-store sales, then please make that clear. If a flower is going to be swapped out due to it being sold out, please ensure to REACH OUT, notifying the user or by having the option “ if not available, we will substitute this for another/matching option. Please be aware and TRIPLE CHECK your order before leaving the store. Ensure it's what you are getting and the same price on the receipt. Quality bud lacking detail orientation.
