Extremely disappointed with Trulieve! You are always out of product and always have an excuse blaming everything and others for inept business procedures! For the last 12 weeks I have not been able to recieve product bc your out of our medicine. I hate I have to use medical marijuana to elevate anxiety. I found products that really help and guess what? You never have any in stock! How do you stay in business? Thank goodness CVS/walgreens dont have issues with getting medication! There is no excuse for your company ever being out and not being able to provide medicine to your customers! Oh by they way, I put an order in this past Thursday for hybred rso. I recieved an email that it would be delivered to my home on Saturday. I sat here all day, waiting. I called talked to a snarky woman. She said she saw it was to be delivered today. Still waiting! Called back around 3pm. Spoke to Alax. He saw where it was to be delivered today. I said I didnt recive a text or message that they were coming to deliver. He said, thats weird. He said he didnt think it was going to be delivered today. He said it will probably be tomorrow. I said well that wont work! Some people cant spend all day every day waiting and waiting. I asked for a manager to call me back. Still waiting! 820pm Saturday! STILL WAITING! NO CALL! NO DELIVERY! THIS IS COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE! How would you feel not being able to get your medicine for 12 weeks because of B.S. Alex and I had a nice chat. How can you keep doing buisness like this? Your poor staff having to deal with upset people all the time. Y'all need to get it together! Maybe your ceo's need to go out to Colorado to take notes and see how they do business. Hopefully I will recieve a phone call to fix your delivery and supply problem asap. Sincerely Susan
