I like that they have an option to just try 10. I was going to get the bottle, but I was worried about the melatonin. It was too much for me. It made me fall asleep good, but I felt a little funny in the morning afterward.
These have been absolutely wonderful for me. I’ve been trying to cutback on Advil for my neck pain and started taking these, and it’s been really good so far
