I purchased Weed from these guys during the start of the pandemic. I was delivered opened containers with broken seals. Since it was a delivery I wasn't able to see until I got it inside. After contacting them they said they were AWARE and that I should take my complaints to the GROWER.. After reviewing them the grower reached out and offered to make everything right! Unfortunately they dropped my refund off at the store and now the store is saying they will not do returns, refunds, or anything in store during the pandemic. To summarize, they sold me product they knew had problems and told me to take it up with someone else. Took it up with someone else and now they are refusing to give me something that was left at the store for me.
