I dislike the ordering policy. What is the point in a patient placing an order at 11 am and expecting to pick it up at 7 pm, only to find out their order is no longer available? Why and how is it first come first served if you ask/require us to place our orders online? Why can't orders be held at least till the end of the business day? This has happened to me more times than I care to admit. The ordering policy should be looked at again
