Love the 1:1 service. Knowledge and suggestions are always great.

I've been to Kind a couple times and they have a great selection and good flower. The service is the biggest thing that sets Kind apart. Each time I've been, the budtenders have been very polite and patient. I drive from Grand Rapids so, it's nice to have time to look, as opposed to being rushed out, which I've experienced in a couple Lansing dispensaries. The first time I visited, it was just after the closing of all of the GR dispensaries. When I mentioned that, someone I'm assuming was a manager or owner gave me a 1/2 g of wax to try. The name of the business is certainly fitting. I do agree with some of the other reviews about parking. It's not always the easiest, but Kind is worth the work.

This place is good if you're in a pinch and can't make it to Lansing from Grand Rapids. It's a bit closer. Pros: ok selection of flower, polite budtenders, routine contests (though I've never won or heard of anyone winning so maybe post the winner? Even if it's just the first name.) Cons: They only had flower and a few things in a case which weren't meds (didn't carry concentrate, edibles, etc.,) the flower is on the expensive side...or more specifically, their prices for certain strains are high compared to other dispensaries, there are always tons of cops hanging around...I've been pulled over as well as two people I know. I act like an old lady driver and wasn't given a ticket which made me happy, but also irritated.

I didn't do my research and wasn't aware I needed to make an appt. I drove from Grand Rapids to the wrong address that was given to me by gps. When I called, the receptionist said I needed to make an appt, then promptly asked from where I drove. When I told him, he said to just come in. He didn't want me to drive all the way home empty handed. I arrived and was attended to right away. Very impressed with the customer service here. This is what keeps people coming back. In regard to the product, the shatter was great. Loved all of them. The flower that was left when I arrived was the $15 and $20 tier. I tried 4 strains and felt that only one was up my alley, in terms of effect and taste. This won't bar me from shopping here again. It may have just been my particular taste.

I called to ask a question about their meds and was told this was only a place to see a doctor in order to get your card. Was told to go to Lakeshore Alternatives since I already had my card. A bit confused about some of the other reviews saying great products. I'm marking one star because I have to mark something, though I really can't judge this facility.

Very polite staff. Eager to help. Also love that they take cards. I typically don't carry cash so this was very convenient.
