I've been visiting the competitor nearby since they opened, and thought I'd give INSA a shot. Immediate unpleasant experience and will NOT be back. If you do not have the ability to enforce your own "limits" when an online order is placed, then you are NOT ready for online sales. A customer should NEVER be told, once they take the time to travel to your locaction, that they cannot honor what what in the cart EVEN THOUGH BOTH ITEMS WERE IN MY PICKUP BAG, and instead I am to pay for one at the express counter then go into the dispensary to purchase the other WHEN THE SALES REP HAD BOTH ITEMS IN HER HAND THAT SHE HAD JUST PULLED OUT OF MY EXPRESS BAG. WHAT THE HELL???????????
