The Apothecarium - Plymouth Meeting

I wanted to love this place because it’s a convenient location and I sense they really WANT to do well by their customers.
It would’ve been helpful to have a receptionist-type person there to help with the sign in process. The armed guard is the only person there in the waiting room. I waited for about an hour not knowing when I’d be seen.
The rest of the staff is very nice and wants to help, however the people who helped me lacked detailed knowledge of the strains. I noticed one of the other staff members (Ryan) who was talking with another customer. He was clearly extremely knowledgeable about each strain and mmj in general. It would’ve been a much different experience if the people I spoke with had the same level of knowledge and poise.
