Received very bad customer service from Ike not too long ago. Very short and rude. And it wasn't the first time

I came in yesterday for a sale and Kaori Sydney gave me some of the most outstanding customer service. It caught me off guard. Walked out so happy with what I got. Probably one of my favorite visits ever at Kush 21. Her attitude and positivity was contagious. She's one of the best budtenders I've met and deserves a raise.

I have been a loyal customer here for awhile. The product they have is amazing! I love everything I buy. I am still so happy about this location being so close to my house. The only thing is, there are a couple budtenders here that are always in a bad mood every single time I visit. And it sucks because the other budtenders are nothing less than amazing! These 2 budtenders are very short with conversation, don't work well under pressure, and get very snappy easily. And I have witnessed this for AWHILE. Not just with me, but with other customers while I'm waiting in line! It's gone on long enough I felt the need to write a review. I find myself hoping I get the nicer budtenders while I'm walking up to the door, which shouldn't be happening! I had another unfortunate experience and felt it was time to say something. If you shop here often, you probably have an idea of who I'm talking about. Get rid of the bad vibes from the bad apples and this place will be golden!

This was my first time visiting Greenside in a while just because it was the closest shop to me at the moment. There was a new budtender with the worst attitude I've ever experienced in my visits at Greenside! It was insane how angry and annoyed my budtender looked by me! I usually don't even write reviews but I felt like it was absolutely necessary this time. I walked in and told the guy exactly what I was looking for in what price range, and he pulls stuff off the shelf that's the exact opposite of what I said and more expensive than what I asked for! It felt like the guy wasn't even listening to me. There was no emotion on his face at all. Just a blank stare the whole time. Never saw the slightest smile once. I eventually walked out and drove further to another shop in Burien because my overall experience made me so uncomfortable. A lot of people bash this store and it's like the employees there don't even care! Fix the attitude and it might help you guys out
