This place has changed. I placed an online order and that didn’t make a difference. The security and front desk were very good but after the wait they did not honor my online order so the old bait and hook worked and I had to settle for the snicklefrits that the bud tender was so unhappy to walk over and get. Thank you to the nice girl that walked over to take over “Steven’s” register #2 cuz he was tapped out and customer service was subpar. I’m a combat veteran and only go for certain meds but had to settle on this Memorial Day weekend with what they had to offer. I understand we are going through a pandemic but I expect better. These meds were to salute my buddies lost in combat but I’ll find my medicine elsewhere.

HWC is my spot, always has been, always will be. Erika was a true professional and one of the best bud tenders I have had in a while. The wait is long but well worth it. Keep up the great work HWC Fam.

I checked out Nirvana because I was visiting my mom and she recommended it. It’s a great new addition to the Nirvana fam they have around the valley. I live in Glendale where they closed a Nirvana and opened up some other lame dispo. I was pretty upset and haven’t gone to a Nirvana since. I’m glad I checked this one out because my bud tender Stephanie was very knowledgeable and educated in the products. She has great customer service and I will be come back just for that reason.

I always have a great experience when I go to Emerald. Jesse helped me out today and answered all the questions I had. I didn’t feel rushed like most places. I always feel taken care of here.
