have been to Bloom several times and for the past three times I had to stand outside while they helped online orders and all the online orders even if people came after you,The online people were helped first. So I went and ordered online when it was 30% off. I waited in line in the online order and then the man let someone from the other line go in. So when I said something to him he started to argue with me and said that it was every other person even though the sign on the door says online orders first. then him and the manager on duty wanted to come out and debate why I was wrong and how I needed to be an adult and I needed to be patient. I feel like you guys should have consistency and that I should know when I'm coming there what I'm going to get. that is not happening and then when I speak up I'm treated like I'm the one that is wrong. and on top of that it was 30% off of pre-rolls which I ordered three and have the receipt here and I only got $9 off it cost me $35 30% off of $41 is $28 so they robbed me also of my money there are so many other dispensaries that I can go to and other people can go to. Customer service especially during this pandemic is a big thing it doesn't feel like your company cares about people and so I will from now on be telling my friends and everybody else to shop other places because you guys are not customer service friendly and don't stand by your word and change your rule to suit whichever manager is working that day.
