I recently visited and was highly upset with the wait time. I don't understand why you still have to wait for a hour for an online order after ready confirmation was sent. Arrived before 2pm and still had 15 ppl ahead of me by 3pm. Staff allowed certain individuals to skip the line which added more frustration to a simple online order pick up. Hopefully in time the process will become simpler and less frustrating. #LoyalCustomer

Today I purchased the Hindu Kush half oz specials. The bottle tag reads 1 weight when I got home and weighted it out on my scale only 39.0 oz with bottle. I called to complain but no one answered the reception line. Next time will ask to weigh merchandise before purchasing even on pre orders.

Every time I go to Sky it's always a GREAT Experience. Love the patent package for the flower, ALWAYS FRESH!! Budtenders are very friendly and always willing to provide you with knowledge of the products and effects. What a GREAT Way to End or Start Your Day with Sky!!

Didn't get bogo on my entire order only on 1 gram, but I purchased 3 in total. Also was suppose to get a free gram pre-roll and was only given .5 gram. Budtender was ok but didn't seem like he wanted to promote deals. But overall good Flower!
