they don't honor their cartridge exchange policy. I had finally had a cartridge go out on me after a week and their was still a quarter full. when I tried to exchange it, I was told that I had consumed too much of it and they would not be able to exchange or give me any credit towards a new one. I paid for a full cartridge and did not receive it. why do you have a 2 week exchange policy if you don't honor it? I won't be coming back again
