I went to PharmaCannis after visiting their competition. The location is off the Thruway and I-81 making it very easy for people coming from out of town. The Staff and dispensary were well kept and friendly. They offer Tincture, Pills and Vape however the strongest ratio they have is a 20:1. I have been a marijuana user for over 20 years and I need the higher THC. There Tincture had nasty after taste, it tasted like I was drinking straight MaryJane. This was also available as Blue and Aqua colors. None of the dispensaries would disclose what strains were used to create the products only that it was either a hybrid, indica or sativa. I would go here if I wanted to use Vape pens but there are dispensers with higher ratios in Syracuse.

I've been to the 3 dispensaries in Syracuse and this is the best of the 3. MedMen have 5 different levels of THC:CBD ratios. [see the other page] They have the highest strength THC ratios for all products than the other 2 dispensaries. MedMen offer Tincture, Vape, Pills. The Vape Pen are half gram size and didn't last me more than a week if I wasnt supplementing with actual Green. Which "Green" is still illegal in NY and from talking with the pharmacists will probably stay that way for a long time. So for $80+ it wasnt worth it, PharmaCannis has full gram pens but the highest strength was only 20:1. I went back to MedMen [Yesterday] a few weeks later and decided to try the Calm and Sleep Pill form...it was $49 a bottle with about 45 pills in the bottle. I still smoke Green and THC pens from KingPin and Exoctic Carts but am hoping the pills work better and I can cut down on the Green...
