That had what I was looking for (Cinex)...and I received what I wanted efficiently & for a fair price. THAT pretty much sums up a positive experience to me. (Don't believe all neg reviews...haters are everywhere and often it's jealousy or competitively fueled! They've changed hands and had growing pains...so be it, it's not an easy industry. Their hours are more liberal than that which leafly states, which I did bring to their attention as I though a previous time they were closed only to find out the contrary. Hopefully that'll get it fixed soon to help all involved.
